Concierge Therapy & Private Mental Health Care
Serving Santa Barbara, Montecito & the Santa Ynez Valley
Welcome,
I created this practice for people who want therapy to feel more human, flexible, and deeply personalized.
Traditional therapy settings can sometimes feel clinical, rushed, or disconnected from real life. My concierge model offers an alternative: thoughtful, relationship-centered care designed around your lifestyle, needs, and goals.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who value privacy, emotional depth, flexibility, and meaningful support. Many of my clients are balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, life transitions, burnout, anxiety, relationship stress, or simply the desire to feel more connected to themselves and others.
Together, we create a therapeutic experience that supports healing without adding another layer of stress to your life.
— Fathiah Bauman, LMFT
An Innovative Alternative to Traditional Mental Health Treatment
My concierge model integrates therapeutic support into the environments where life actually unfolds — creating opportunities for deeper insight, continuity of care, and sustainable progress.
For clients in communities like Montecito and Santa Barbara, discretion and privacy are often essential. Concierge therapy allows for meaningful mental health support without sacrificing comfort, confidentiality, or flexibility.
This model is ideal for:
- Professionals and executives
- Public-facing individuals
- Families balancing demanding schedules
- Clients seeking greater privacy and flexibility
- Students and young adults
- Individuals wanting deeper continuity of care
Concierge Therapy Looks Like
- Maximum Privacy. No waiting rooms. No crowded offices. No insurance records. Your care remains confidential, discreet, and tailored to your comfort level.
- Flexible Scheduling. Morning, evening, and weekend sessions are available to accommodate busy lives and changing schedules.
- Personalized Care. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your goals, relationships, stressors, and emotional needs.
- Between-Session Support. Clients have direct access for scheduling, brief check-ins, and logistical support through phone, text, or email.
- Reduced Caseloads. I intentionally maintain a limited client roster to ensure attentive, responsive, high-quality care.

Walking Therapy with Fathiah Bauman, LMFT

A Different Kind of Therapy Experience
Walking therapy, often called “walk and talk” therapy, allows sessions to take place outdoors while walking side-by-side instead of sitting across from one another in a traditional office.
Many clients find this approach calming, grounding, and surprisingly freeing. Movement can help conversations unfold more naturally while creating space for clarity, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.
