Couples
As an Attachment-Based, Solution-Focused Therapist, I work with couples to help them understand and reshape the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected or stuck. My approach integrates insights from attachment theory—which explores how early experiences shape the ways we connect and respond to others—with solution-focused techniques that emphasize strengths, resilience, and practical steps toward change.
In our sessions, I create a safe and collaborative space where both partners can explore their emotional needs and communication styles. We identify the underlying attachment dynamics—such as the pursuit of closeness or withdrawal for safety—and work toward building a more secure, responsive bond. Using a solution-focused lens, we highlight what’s already working in the relationship and build on those moments to foster deeper connection and trust.
My goal is to help couples move from cycles of conflict or disconnection toward greater emotional intimacy, mutual understanding, and sustainable positive change.
