Parenting Support Group
In this parent group, I support families in understanding and reducing children’s screen time through a research-informed, compassionate approach. Drawing on insights from Jonathan Haidt’s The Anxious Generation, we explore how digital media and device use impact emotional development, attention, and family connection. Together, we identify practical strategies to create healthier tech boundaries, foster real-world engagement, and strengthen parent-child relationships.
Through guided discussion and shared experiences, parents gain tools to build structure and confidence around screen use—while nurturing the secure attachments, independence, and resilience that children need to thrive.
Provided quarterly. 4 week course, once a week 90 minute meetings.
